Frequently Asked Questions
Why is it only showing the Under 13s Program as an option in in my area?
This is a screen rendering issue caused when a person completes their registration using a mobile device. If you turn the device on sideways, all other options will appear.
I'm being redirected to an Error Page when I try to complete my RISE modules?
Try the below steps to rectify this issue:
1. Copy and paste the enrolment link in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
2. Follow prompts and login to your child’s profile.
3. If an error page comes up, go back to the copy and paste stage. Now that you are logged in, it will allow you to enrol.
4. Go to ‘My Courses’ and look for ‘Current’ and you will find the modules there
